1. Standard Stay & Booking Policies
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Hamara standard check-in time 12:00 PM hai aur check-out time 11:00 AM hai. Early check-in ya late check-out poori tarah se room availability par depend karta hai aur iske liye extra charges lag sakte hain.
- Identity Verification: Check-in ke dauran sabhi Indian guests ke liye valid government photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID ya Passport) aur foreign nationals ke liye valid Passport aur Visa dikhana mandatory hai. PAN card identity proof ke roop me accept nahi kiya jayega.
- Age Requirement: Kisi bhi room reservation ke liye primary guest ki umar kam se kam 18 saal honi zaroori hai.
2. Tariffs, Payments & Taxes
- Room Rates: Website par dikhaye gaye rates room allotment ke hisab se hote hain aur hamare paas seasonal demands ke anusaar rates ko bina kisi poorv notice ke badalne ka poora adhikar hai.
- Taxes: Sabhi booking tariffs par government rules ke mutabik applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) alag se lagaya jayega.
- Payment Methods: Hum online banking, credit/debit cards, UPI payments aur cash accept karte hain. Check-in ke samay poora payment ya security deposit clear karna mandatory hai.
3. Resort Premises & Guest Conduct
- Damage to Property: Agar stay ke dauran resort ki kisi bhi property, furniture, ya linen ko guest ki wajah se koi nuksaan pahunchta hai, toh uska poora harjana (rectification cost) guest ko check-out se pehle pay karna hoga.
- Outside Food Policy: Hygiene aur safety standards ko maintain karne ke liye resort premises ke andar outside food aur beverages allowed nahi hain. Guest hamare in-house Ocean Deck Café se fresh local aur international cuisines enjoy kar sakte hain.
- Pool & Beach Safety: Infinity pool ka istemal karte waqt guests ko swimming costumes pehenna zaroori hai. Pool aur private beach access area me baccho ke sath hamesha ek adult ka hona mandatory hai. Resort management kisi bhi tarah ke accident ya negligence ke liye zimmedar nahi hoga.
4. Guest Belongings & Valuables
- Resort ke andar ya rooms me rakhe gaye aapke personal belongings, cash, gold jewelry, ya electronics ki suraksha ki zimmedari poori tarah se guest ki hogi. Kisi bhi tarah ke nuksaan ya chori ke liye resort management ko liable nahi thehraya ja sakta.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Resort ke andar kisi bhi tarah ke illegal substances, weapons, ya hazardous materials lana sakht mana hai.
- Rooms ke andar smoking karna strictly prohibited hai. Smoking ke liye resort me designated smoking areas banaye gaye hain. Rules break karne par heavy cleaning fine lagaya jayega.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Bombay Beach Resort se jude kisi bhi tarah ke disputes ya legal claims ka nikaal local judicial guidelines ke mutabik kiya jayega, aur iska jurisdiction strictly Contai / Midnapore Court, West Bengal ke antargat aayega.
