Kyunki hamare luxury suites aur villas limited hain aur unki demand kaafi high rehti hai, isliye humne ek structured Cancellation aur Refund Policy banayi hai. Kisi bhi booking ko cancel karne se pehle kripya niche diye gaye niyam dhyan se padh lein.
1. Cancellation Timeframes & Deductions
Agar aap kisi wajah se apni reservation cancel ya modify karna chahte hain, toh cancellation request ke samay ke anusaar niche diye gaye charges deduct kiye jayenge:

2. No-Show & Early Check-out Rules
- No-Show Policy: Agar guest scheduled check-in date par resort nahi pahunchte hain aur hume pehle se koi suchna nahi milti, toh use 'No-Show' maana jayega. Aise cases me booking automatic cancel ho jayegi aur koi bhi refund ya date change request accept nahi ki jayegi.
- Early Check-out: Agar aap apni tay shuda check-out date se pehle resort chhodkar jana chahte hain, toh baaki bache hue dinon (unutilized nights) ka koi refund ya adjustment nahi kiya jayega.
3. Peak Season & Long Weekends Bookings
- National holidays, festivals (jaise Durga Puja, Diwali, New Year, Christmas) aur long weekends ke dauran ki gayi sabhi room bookings **Strictly Non-Refundable** hoti hain. In dates par cancel karne par kisi bhi timeframe me koi refund nahi diya jayega.
4. Date Modification & Postponement
- Agar aap apni stay dates ko aage badhana (postpone) ya badalna chahte hain, toh uski suchna check-in date se kam se kam 10 din pehle written email par deni hogi.
- Dates badalna poori tarah se room availability aur new dates ke dynamic room tariffs par depend karega. Agar nayi dates ka tariff zyada hai, toh difference amount guest ko pay karna hoga.
5. Refund Process Time
- Cancellation approve hone ke baad, refund amount ko process hone me **5 se 7 working days** ka samay lagta hai.
- Refund amount hamesha usi source account/mode (Bank Account, UPI, ya Credit Card) me transfer kiya jayega jiske dwara primary booking payment ki gayi thi.
6. Force Majeure (Visham Paristhitiyan)
- Kisi bhi prakritik aapda (natural disasters jaise cyclone, heavy flood), government regulations, ya kisi achanak emergency ki wajah se agar resort services me badha aati hai, toh resort management safety rules ke anusaar guest ko alternative stay dates credit (credit voucher) offer karega, jise next 6 mahine me kabhi bhi use kiya ja sakega.
