1. Refund eligibility Core Criteria
Koi bhi refund claim karne se pehle kripya niche diye gaye eligibility rules ko dhyan se samajh lein:
- Timeframe Dependence: Sabhi refunds ka percentage is baat par depend karega ki aapne check-in date se kitne din pehle cancel kiya hai (jaisa hamari Cancellation Policy me detailed hai). Check-in date se 15 din pehle cancel karne par hi poora refund valid hoga.

- Partial Cancellations: Agar aapne multiple rooms book kiye hain aur unme se kuch hi rooms cancel karte hain, toh refund sirf unhi cancel kiye gaye rooms ke basic tariff pricing par calculative rules ke hisab se process hoga.

2. Refund Process Timeline & Channels
Jab aapki cancellation request officially register aur approve ho jaati hai, toh refund matrix niche diye gaye steps ke mutabik kaam karta hai:
- Processing Time: Bank compliance aur dynamic merchant validation procedures ke karan, refund amount ko hamare gateway se release hokar aapke account me aane me **5 se 7 working days** ka samay lagta hai.
- Original Payment Method: Refund hamesha usi source account aur channel (jaise Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, ya digital wallet) me vaapas bheja jayega jisse aapne booking ke waqt online advance payment kiya tha.
- Cash Bookings Validation: Agar booking direct resort counter par cash payment ke zariye ki gayi thi, toh refund bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) ke madhyam se hi kiya jayega, jiske liye guest ko valid bank passbook ya cancelled cheque proof dena hoga.

- Gateway Service Charges: Total refund amount par dynamic payment gateway processes ke operational handling charges (lagbhag 2% se 3%) deduct kiye ja sakte hain, jo banking platforms apne processing costs ke liye lete hain.

4. Amending Bookings Instead of Refunds
